Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning

I contacted Samm's in the spring of 2022 because of uneven cooling in my home - my game room was considerably warmer than the other rooms in my house. Almost $25,000 and a year later and I still have the same problem. After contacting Samm's, Marcus came by home and proposed a new HVAC system. We still had the original system, over 30 years old, and every year or so we had to do some maintenance on it. It seemed like a good time to replace it, and of course I thought it would solve our problem. Unfortunately I still had the same problem after the new HVAC system was installed. The game room, where I work, was still much warmer than the other rooms in the house. I placed the sensor in my game room like Samm's techs suggested, but setting the thermostat to 73 means it's frigid in the rest of my house. I have Samm’s service, my rental property and home in Plano I’ve used Samm’s since 2017 and never had a problem. They are quick, honest, and do great work. There may be less expensive companies out there but I don’t think there are any nearly as reliable. As a realtor, I recommend them to all of my clients in Collin county.
