Samm's is the best. From Cole, the estimator, to the installers, Aury, Brando, and Ricardo, professional all the way. Cole didn't just supply the quote, but came back during installation to make sure everything was going well. As an engineer, I can say the installation is extremely well done, everything run neatly, all the joints sealed, etc. And, the installation crew did not rush the clean up. They left the attic, hallway, etc., even the back yard and driveway spotless. If you hadn't seen the truck, you'd never known the had been there. I highly recommend Samm's, the hidden (since they don't advertise) gem of Plano. Marcus Melrose is a knowledgeable and courteous professional. But more importantly, he is a kind and honest human being. He came out to look at our HVAC unit after a few other companies had been there and gave us information that nobody else did. He walked us through the pros and cons of the different types of units, and displayed his expertise throughout the entire process. Most companies are committed to making a sale and that is it. Marcus, on the other hand, was committed to educating us on everything from the science of airflow to grate positioning to the history of air ducts. He really knows his stuff!
