The service rendered was professional in terms of the repairman, but I'd recommend adding on ~$300 or so to any quote provided, at least, to their pricing to hire the next company that will fix what they broke and refuse to fix, a hole in the drywall with exposed (though covered in plastic) wires from my home breaker (electric) panel. When the electrician was finished upgrading (complete upgrade of my home electrical panel), he called me in to show me a roughly 2x7" hole in my drywall directly above my panel he just finished installing, with the wires from my panel clearly visible. He said "you'll need to get someone else to repair this. We don't do that. This piece of drywall just fell out". However, the hole was cleanly cut and it didn't just fall. The electrician cut too far. Keep in mind, this is a hole with my entire electric panel wires right by it. A normal drywall guy is going to struggle to fix this. Company was very responsive to my inquiry, showed up on time, installed 3 light fixtures and gave us advice on changing out some other things we needed done. They cleaned up work area but best of all they showed up when they said they would! Highly recommended!!!

After a recent storm I had a circuit that kept tripping. I called up Fisher Q Electric and they helped me isolate the issue to the foundation uplight switch. That allowed me to use the rest of the circuit until they could come out and trace/repair the problem. I only had to wait a few days for the repair and Dylan and Trent showed up on time. They were deliberate and methodical in tracing and identifying the problem. The issue ultimately was one of the foundation light fixtures somehow collected water in its base (that wasn't visible from the bulb area). Once identified, they ran out to Lowes, grabbed new lights, and swapped them out. Dylan and Tyler were both very professional and helpful in running down and repairing the issue.
