Prompt and friendly service. Kenny was on time, gave a thorough inspection and was very matter of fact about all my systems and how best to maintain them. I scheduled service for routine inspection & maintenance, having no problems with my units in the past. There is always a little apprehension that there will be a large list of items that get found and “need” to be replaced. That was not the case with Terrys A/C. The service was honest and fair. Was referred from 5star reviews on yelp n confirmed satisfied customers on nextdoor. (My ac was NOT broken but not cooling as id like.) Texted the number posted and rcved reply in 15 minutes. They asked pertinent questions and set up an appointment for next day, upfront with price to come out. The technician texted ahead with a photo of himself letting me know he was on the way. He did a checkup, looked at my kwh trends throughout the past year, answered my questions, made an adjustments and recomendations. Turns out my ac unit was basically ok and should function a bit better after recomendations, and adjustments. Its just builder grade ac done builder grade. I have piece of mind and can live w it!
