Bill Bailey installed our home A/C unit in 2019 and we were beyond thankful for his quick installation and the excellent unit we have enjoyed these past years. We were particularly interested in a unit that controlled humidity and his suggestion did not disappoint! We needed the unit checked this week and he made an appointment the very next day. He answered all my questions and gave me clear and easy instructions for some basic yearly maintenance. Bill Bailey is honest, hardworking and cares about his customers. Waco is so lucky to have him! The owner Bill Bailey is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My HVAC went out overnight and I called him in the morning. He arrived within an hour and got my HVAC back up and running. He explained the issue well, fixed it quickly, and his rates are very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
