Firehouse Heating and Air

When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. I had a 10:00 appointment and Dago, the tech, arrived at 10:00, checked my outside unit, figured out the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed the problem—all in less than 30 minutes.
