Work was done well and quickly. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. However, while I was warned twice about the service call fee, I was not wanted about the high hourly labor rate and 1hr minimum charge.

We had an issue that required us to shut off the main water on Sunday night. Staggs was the first company open (7am) on Monday and despite being fully scheduled, was able to get a team to our house within hours. They were very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend their services for emergencies or non-emergencies alike.

Outstanding! This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses. April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me. Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done. They are very knowledgeable and affordable. They clean up after themselves and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean. Will definitely use them for future projects! Be sure to ask for Matt!
