4 scheduled appointments, 4 no call/no shows. I had tk call them each time and they told me the tech was busy at another job, or they'd call me with an ETA. still no call. I understand some jobs are bigger than others, and I understand you get busier than expected, but at least COMMUNICATE with your customers. They got me to sign up for premium home services. Supposed to be front of the line, $0 service fees and 10% off parts and labor. I'm canceling my service and getting a refund. If looking for a reputable electrician, look elsewhere.

Had an electrical issue at my new town house. Job was booked by friendly operator following up with an informative email that confirmed time of service. Electrician arrived on time tested the appliance and also inspected the electrical connections. Amazing and friendly service. Made recommendations to improve safety of the electrical system. Went over and above what I expected. I will use Leaf Electrical Co. again and not hesitate o recommend to my friends. Highly recommended!!!

We had a small outdoor decoration lighting problem and Leaf Electrical Co. was able to connect with their guy on the road to fit us in their schedule and fix the issue while the weather was still good. We are very happy with their service and will hire them again for other electrical work !
