Leaf Electrical came to my home in an hour when we had a panel issue preventing my new hot water heater from getting power. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He addressed an emergency at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend for others to use.
We had a small outdoor decoration lighting problem and Leaf Electrical Co. was able to connect with their guy on the road to fit us in their schedule and fix the issue while the weather was still good. We are very happy with their service and will hire them again for other electrical work !
4 scheduled appointments, 4 no call/no shows. I had tk call them each time and they told me the tech was busy at another job, or they'd call me with an ETA. still no call. I understand some jobs are bigger than others, and I understand you get busier than expected, but at least COMMUNICATE with your customers. They got me to sign up for premium home services. Supposed to be front of the line, $0 service fees and 10% off parts and labor. I'm canceling my service and getting a refund. If looking for a reputable electrician, look elsewhere.
