Julio and the team from Exchange roofing did an outstanding job roofing our home. the process was efficient (one day for a 5300ft2 home), clean, and we have had no issues. In addition we installed a solar attic fan which has functioned perfectly. They also did several homes in our neighborhood, all satisfied customers which is how we were introduced to them.
They delivered exactly as promised. Done in one day with a high quality roof at a good price. The thing that impressed me the most and left me feeling positive is the attention they paid to the clean up when they were done.
