Had a very good experience with Blue Ribbon. They were able to have me scheduled and then kept me informed of scheduling changes that came up. The tech that came out (Jared Martinez) was professional and approachable. I knew that we would probably need a lot of work. He was able to get us up and running and discuss possibilities of future needs. He was very clear that his project management group would be the best bet for planning a future project. I am awaiting the report for next steps (he just left and I expect the report will be timely just as the rest of the organization has conducted business). Bottom line is I called and got my money’s worth and then some. Service: HVAC system repair

Madison Lewis was our technician today and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions with accuracy and confidence. He was able to explain different options from high to lower costs for us and allowed us time to talk about them to decide which one we would go with. No pressure whatsoever which is a nice change from most companies! He was kind, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend this company and hopefully you’ll get Madison like we did!!

Jonathan was awesome, very cordial and polite not to mention knowledgeable of the situation. He took time to explain everything he did and gave a detailed summary of the new thermostat. We connected on baseball had a great conversation about that. Very professional young man! We will request him again next time we use Blue Ribbon in Round Rock. Job well done.
