Didn't cap ethernet cables for in ceiling WAP, I crimped them myself and found the cable was bad. They then insisted that the warranty was void because I crimped the ends myself. Several members of their team were very rude and condescending. I ended up hiring a third party to re-run the cable.

We purchased a new home in December. There were missing switches and other items throughout the house that were not installed. They have been out now 5 times and still have not corrected everything. The builder's PM is now working directly with the "superintendent" to finally get everything fixed. Time will tell. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The tech who has come out each time is condescending, rude, and doesn't show up during the actual window of time the scheduler gives you; the managers who we have had to talk to are the same. No one takes ownership for the plans being wrong and the wrong switches being installed in the first place. The business is disorganized at best and you have to prove to them that you actually should be getting items installed. Ridiculous. Awful customer experience. Hello In Charge Electrical I’m sending a feedback for electrician Albert V. He serviced my Perry home warranty on Tues Aug 9th at my residence in Bastrop. Albert was quick, efficient, fixed and installed my pendant light that wasn't working. He cleared and adjusted the structure of the wiring in the ceiling, patched up the rim matching all three lights and I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate someone with strong skills who can immediately assess the issue and professionally gets the job done in a timely manner. Albert also went above and beyond fixing my doorbell that was not working. To save time and without hesitation he resolved the issue. Albert is personable and demonstrates great customer service.
