Avoid if you can. Terrible customer service and support. Purchased a new home and they missed installing a ceiling fan (it was on the house blueprints, so no excuse!) Took forever to schedule an appointment. I did not hear that the guy was at the front door. Doorbell camera shows that he was standing there talking to someone, but never actually rang the doorbell. He left within 5 minutes (according to video) and rescheduling team says that he can't come back and that I need to wait another 10 days for the next appointment.
