Heard good things about them, but the service could not do them justice, they are the real deal. Came in super professional, walked us through their process of what, where and how they would do things. Took care of things, cero up selling, none! Best part is we got 3 dad jokes for free! I will only be going with Jolly Brothers for my HVAC needs from now on! They have incredible service, honest prices, and great attention to detail. They bailed me out when my A/C stopped cooling right before I was set to take a long vacation. They came the same day, they were courteous and took time to explain everything to me, they showed me pictures of the repairs they made, talked me through some of the more routine maintenance so I can do it on my own if I choose to, and above all, they were so friendly and eager to make sure I felt good about what was happening. I have never had this good of an experience with a contractor or residential services company before... And all of that at a price that didn't leave me hurting. They recently came to our home to evaluate our air conditioner that has not been functioning well. Not only did we get a heads up about 20 minutes before they arrived, but throughout the entire process, they stopped to explain what they were doing, and what they found, and educate us on what that could be telling us was wrong with our unit. they already have great prices that will give you all of your options so that you’re not being encouraged to do some thing that is outside of your budget .
