Our AC died on Wednesday and these guys had a new one in by Friday!! In the Texas heat every moment counts, so we are so grateful that they could get to us ASAP. Wednesday night we made a few calls but other companies on Google said that they would get to us Friday or even next Wednesday. We are just so happy this was resolved in 2 days flat. We had gotten an estimate from another company a couple hours before these guys came by and it was !!$8k!! more than Jolly Brothers quoted us. I will only be going with Jolly Brothers for my HVAC needs from now on! They have incredible service, honest prices, and great attention to detail. They bailed me out when my A/C stopped cooling right before I was set to take a long vacation. They came the same day, they were courteous and took time to explain everything to me, they showed me pictures of the repairs they made, talked me through some of the more routine maintenance so I can do it on my own if I choose to, and above all, they were so friendly and eager to make sure I felt good about what was happening. I have never had this good of an experience with a contractor or residential services company before... And all of that at a price that didn't leave me hurting.
