The roof on our home was damaged during a hailstorm, up to softball size. Matt Ellis, the owner of Reliable Roofing, came by and asked if I wanted my roof looked at, of course I said yes. Chris, a representative from Reliable Roofing, evaluated the damage to the roof determining that it needed replacement. Together we contacted my insurance company to start the claim process, from that point on Chris handled everything. I didn't immediately want the roof replaced since we were still in stormy weather season. Having solar I coordinated the panel removal, roof replacement and solar reinstallation prior to going on a preplanned trip so all would take place during our absence. I'm happy to report everything happened as it was supposed to. The replacement process took place in July 2022, I waited till now to write my review to ensure that no problems with the installation would show up, in my opinion everything is great. Matt has actually come by a couple times to see if everything is okay.
