Josh & Joel were the techs that came out to my home….Set appt on line, got call that they could come earlier same day….YES! Josh spent an hour explaining the issues that were creating the low pressure flow throughout the house. The water softener is 16 years old….the resin had broken down and settled in pipes throughout the pipes….tested the pressure outside, all OK. Josh explained all options….NO HARD SELL! Very professional / educational conversation…I decided to have the complete water softener replaced and the Pressure Reducing Valve out by the city water meter…..I felt very good about the complete experience!
