Ace Handyman Services San Antonio

First, l am so happy to have found a good handyman which can handle almost anything. Eric showed up looked at my problems and told me honestly what needed to be done and went to it. Irma had already explained what the costs would be and Eric followed through. Eric was friendly but l loved his honesty. The quality of work was excellent. I ask for an appraisal and they follow through the next day but l loved that they never pressured me to do anything….. just gave me the information. First time for us to use Ace Handyman Services. At our ages we no longer climb on ladders or chairs, crawl on floors, to do basic maintenence, repair, or install appliances & replace fixtures. So glad we called Ace. We needed three ceiling lights replaced, a rear door adjusted so that it would lock, & the kitchen sink faucet repaired or replaced. Great experience. They sent over Joe Villanueva a Handyman craftsman to do the various jobs for us. He worked quietly, quickly, diligently & efficiently. We are happy with the end results. The faucet was replaced with a new fixture from the Home Depot. In short order the door and latching hole were adjusted so the latch locks in place. Price charged for services was more than reasonable. We will highly recommend Ace & this Handyman to others.

Samantha, receptionist and Steve, "Handyman" were so understanding of 'my' particular situation, did everything possible to accommodate the time constraints to get this repair done for my daughter. Since it has become the norm since the Covid-19 forced shutdown, only a minute number of companies work Saturdays and/or willing to make any attempt to help potential customers who also have jobs Monday-Friday such as my daughter who is an RN working with oncology patients. I travel between Abilene and San Antonio when repairs, deliveries etc can only be arranged during a work week. ACE HANDYMAN did a work around for me. I am NOT saying this is something that they are able to do this on a consistent basis, this was something they were and did everything possible to help me. My daughter now has a go to company for any issues which are the daddy-dos but daddy may not be able to get to San Antonio sooner than she needs. Now she will be able to make appointments for issues and Mom can get there
