The person answering the phone at AP was highly professional and courteous. The person answering the phone, expressed understanding to our concerns with cost. Techs Jose and his partner had an outstanding customer service attitude. AP highly competitive prices really helped us out!!! The work was done right. Do not hire! Poor customer service. Did not show up on time, forgot tools, scheduled inspection with the City without notifying owner. Plus they used my existing pipe and charged me for material that they didn't purchase. The supposed new gas line looks like a child put it together. I'm reporting them to Better Buisness Bureau and anyone who's had the same experience, should do the same. 3/29/19-I have lived at my property for over 20 years and served my country for 20 years. I have never had any problems in my neighborhood. I found it coincidental that my vehicle was vandalized after posting the above review yesterday. Not saying that they did it but after reading previous post the thought comes to mind. Should have read reviews first before hiring!
