Cris and James did an excellent job at my house. Both were very kind and respectful and they made my job look really simple. I was looking for a second opinion because the first plumber we used was not the best. From day one Rafaela let me vent and reassured me every step of the way until the technicians could get out to the house that they would be able to help me. She gave me an estimate of what I needed to be done, which made me feel more comfortable because the previous plumber charged us $1,100. But the estimation from this company was only a quarter of that price. Even after a mishap from the Air mitigation time from another company Rafaela was able to dispatch a team to the house to do a quick valve replacement. The team that came out to do the valve replacement was Gerald and Craig. Mind you, I just had foot surgery and was mentally drained when they got to the house. Gerald and Craig were very understanding of the frustration I had and eased my mind. They basically made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that it would be fixed.
