Bill Embrey Roofing Company

Has been a very frustrating experience. I own a property where the previous owner had the roof replaced by Embrey Roofing in 2014. There is a 10 year warranty on the property. The roof developed a leak in January of 2020. I contacted Embrey Roofing to discuss the issue on 1/31/2020. I was told someone would be sent out the next day. I had to call again on 2/5/2020 as the evaluation had yet to take place. After my phone call the roof was evaluated and recommendation was made for repairs. No repairs were performed and there was another heavy rain causing further interior damage on 2/12/20. I contacted the company again and was told that someone would perform the repairs in the next day or two. Currently it is 2/20/20 and I have contacted the company again because it is raining again and I have heard nothing regarding a repair being performed. This company has been unreliable and so far has not been true to their warranty. I have been patient with their slow services, but I feel

We have used these guys and gals for our roofing needs for 30+ years. They are trust worthy and a great team of people to do business with. Almost every one of the employees have been with the company from the start and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The newer employees only replaced people who have retired and they are just as knowledgeable and helpful, they only employe the best of the best. This shows you that they are NOT one of the typical storm chasing, fly by night type of operations like most of these other so called roofers. These people do business right! I can say with full confidence that this company should be your go to roofer for all your roofing repairs or replacements.
