Climate magic came and gave me a free quote on replacing the 30+ year old ducts in my home. Their quote was reasonable and I could tell from Martin’s explanations of my current ducts that everything he suggested was necessary. After telling the company I would like to move forward, they were very helpful in scheduling a quick installation date and everything went smoothly on the day of. All-in-all, it took about 1/2 the day, which I thought was quite speedy! They’ve done a fantastic job and I can’t even put into words how much cooler our upstairs is. They’ve made it not just bearable but incredibly comfortable to sleep in the upstairs master bedroom. Just in time for summer too! I will recommend Climate Magic to ALL my friends! We have used Climate Magic for a few years and have always been extremely pleased with their courtesy, punctuality and professionalism. Yet they are very personable and have even sent the owners out to our home to make sure we were satisfied. Today, Angel and Ernie came to install a new a/c unit upstairs. It starts with their office staff Michelle and other ladies who are always customer friendly and ready to meet your needs. They will work around your schedule to make sure there is a speedy solution to your problem(s). Their AC and Heating team will now take your overall experience to another level of excellence. They will walk you through every step that is needed to solve the problem. That brings us to Pete Ramos who was the last technician to service our yearly maintenance plan. His technician skills and customer service was over the top which is one more example to the high standards that Climate Magic strives for.
