Tech arrived quickly and after several checks, determined compressor was bad and needed replacement. He made a call to the office and two different techs showed up and changed the complete system that night. They were are completely professional and very nice. We purchased two large Air Conditioning Units last year costing over $25,000.00 and one month later the units leaked water through my ceiling leaving a hole. I had to miss work (without pay) to be home for the repair of the "New Units" then had to miss work again so they could come out and repair the ceiling by replacing the sheet rock. That was last year,and today (almost a year to the day) I came home to the exact same problem, leaking Units, Hole in my my ceiling (same area), and water damage to my carpet and wood floor. Before cleaning up the water from my wood floors I took pictures and sent them to the Manager Mike Martinez (who gave me his number last year if I ever had a problem again) informing him I came home from work to the exact same problem with the Units from last year But I was told (rather rudely)by Mr. Martinez I needed to call the office, he couldn't talk because he was with a customer. I could not have asked for a better experience with Jorge and Alex. Both of them were respectful and worked tirelessly to get my AC unit replaced. Not fixed, I mean a full replacement of my inside and outside unit. Not only did they get it done in a little less than 5 hours but they cleaned up everything afterwards and left my house spotless. When we woke up this morning and the AC was out my wife and I knew we were in for a rough day. I tried what I could but to no avail. We called Cowboy AC at noon and Benjamin was out within the hour. He not only got us the new units but had us put on the schedule to have them installed and running same day! That’s when Jorge and Alex showed up and got to work! Not only would I recommend Cowboy AC, but I would go out of my way to specifically recommend Jorge and Alex to anyone. Could not be more impressed with them! They made a lifetime customer.
