My very worst experience ever!! If he paid me... I would not ever hire him again... a real night mare!!!

First time working with Perez home services and was very impressed, so hard to manage a property out of state and they were so accommodating and helpful repairing the outside rotten trim on my porch and a handrail on the staircase. They were able to visit my property give me estimates send me pictures of the before and after repair. They were cheaper than my property management companies recommended vendor. I highly highly highly recommend them anyone looking for a handyman
