Marcos and his assistant arrived on time (1:30 for a 1-3pm window) and I received a call from Audrey when they were on their way. They assessed and fixed an issue which a different AC repair company had failed to resolve. We had water leaking into our home for weeks and it’s an amazing feeling seeing that it has finally fully stopped leaking! They took photos and walked us through everything, and had us approve the cost before completing the work so that we weren’t surprised. Although it was more than we were hoping to spend, they did a wonderful job and it’s worth knowing we don’t have to worry about any further water damage. Thank you! Service: HVAC system repair

Customer service was excellent. I had called them over the weekend because our ac was not working properly. They sent a tech out the next morning. The tech was informative and thorough with the diagnosis of the ac unit. Come to find out there wasn't anything wrong. Everything was within parameters. I would recommend Damiani's again if I was in a pinch. The only draw back was it was a little pricey, but I do understand it was an after hours call. Thanks again for all your hard work.
