Damiani's Comfort Design

I was referred to Damiani’s Comfort Design by a friend and I am so happy I called them. I have been having problems with my A/C and heating unit for a long time, it’s a new unit 2 years old, and have had issues with it from the start. The A/C person who installed the unit in the first place was unable to fix it right and then would not respond to my phone or text messages. Anyway, I had to find another company to help me with this problem. When I called D. Comfort Design I explained to them the situation an asked if they were willing to take over this mess. The person I talked listened to everything I told her, I don’t remember her name but she was very professional in handling my call, she was ready to send out a tech that day but I wanted to be present for the repair so we scheduled it on my day off a week later. We had an evaporator coil leak that needed repair. Thankfully that part was under warranty. Damiani’s was recommended by the manufacturer. I called them on a Friday and Gina had a technician at my house about 2 hrs later. Lee gave a thorough assessment and was able to order the evaporator coil under my warranty. He quoted the price of labor and freon and I agreed to get the job started. I called Damiani’s on Monday morning looking for an ETA on the part. Gina and Audrey worked to get the part on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon sent two techs to install and repair. Our house had begun cooling by 4:30. I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround and high quality service provided by each member of the Damiani team every step of the way. It is extremely ignorant to expect high quality customer service these days, so when it has actually happened it’s important to share it. Superb service! They have been doing our heating and air for a more than 10 years. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. My wife had severe allergies, requiring special filters, but since she recently died, he asked me if I wanted him to install plain filters. We talked about it and I decided on the plain filters.
