Damiani's Comfort Design

We had an evaporator coil leak that needed repair. Thankfully that part was under warranty. Damiani’s was recommended by the manufacturer. I called them on a Friday and Gina had a technician at my house about 2 hrs later. Lee gave a thorough assessment and was able to order the evaporator coil under my warranty. He quoted the price of labor and freon and I agreed to get the job started. I called Damiani’s on Monday morning looking for an ETA on the part. Gina and Audrey worked to get the part on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon sent two techs to install and repair. Our house had begun cooling by 4:30. I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround and high quality service provided by each member of the Damiani team every step of the way. It is extremely ignorant to expect high quality customer service these days, so when it has actually happened it’s important to share it.
