This is our first time using George Plumbing Co. Everything went well from setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue with my water softening system. Shawn was very knowledgeable and sourced the problem, explaining everything as he worked. He did the required research, setting a future date for the actual repair, since repair was to take more time than he had. This appears to be a very professional company. Shawn & Will were great! They educated me on how the water softener works and showed me everything they did to fix the leak. They also took care of insulating some exposed pipes & swept the salt residue in the garage since they finished in just under an hour. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.
