Austin and Dan were great! They installed a pressure reduction valve and replaced a rusting main shutoff valve, along with providing great advice on how to maintain other installations in the house. Each step of the service they went over what they found, why it should be fixed now or how to keep an eye on it, and provided several options on how to address the issue. George Plumbing is fantastic to work with. It all starts with Dawn when you call the office. She is great to work with and communicates very well. The plumbers who show up are great to work with and very knowledgeable. We have had Dan, Shawn and Austin all out to the house over 4 different needs. BEWARE! Wthin the last few weeks, George Plumbing started using a new pricing system. It ties the hands of the plumbers and makes everything crazy expensive. I used George Plumbing before and was very happy with their service, so I didn't hesitate to call them back to get a second opinion on a leaking toilet from a plumber I didn't choose due to a potential warranty claim. Upon calling George, I was told the service charge would be $95, which I agreed to knowing I would get an assessment of the issue and options for addressing it. Scheduling with Dawn was a breeze, and Dan the plumber showed up right on time. But he explained that a new company policy that didn't allow them to touch anything. He couldn't provide any assessment -- he was only allowed to give me a quote based on what I thought the fix might be. I got no value out of the visit. (By the way, using their new pricing system, the repair quote was over $1800, which was three times more than the first plumber!) Simply removing
