My plumber of 20 years passed away two years ago and I was searching for another plumber. I found Harold’s Plumbing quite by accident and have been very impressed with Omar. He was honest and really tried hard to get the object out of my toilet at my office. It was stuck and he worked trying to save me having to buy another toilet. In the end he tried everything and I had to buy another toilet. He explained things to me and I really appreciated his service. I also had to have him come to check a leak in my yard. He explained what the problem was and told me that I would do well working with a sprinkler company. He was able to turn the sprinkler water line off to not waste water. He didn’t have to do that and could’ve just walked away. He spend a moment to take care of part of the problem which speaks highly of his value system.
