Tim has been out to our house multiple times for different electrical wiring, panel, and fixture upgrades that we have needed done. Our electrician, Tim, was awesome! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and educated me on the entire troubleshooting and repair process. I had an HVAC electrical disconnect box that was completely burned up. I searched for locally owned businesses that had A+ ratings on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. I put in my quote request info and Matthews Electric LLC got back with me within that same 1/2 hour to schedule a same day appointment! I feel like that doesn't happen as often as we'd like as consumers. He even asked if I'd like to reach out to our HVAC repair company to keep them in the loop if there were any additional HVAC repairs needed.
