Shield Roofing is the best roofing contractors in San Antonio. The company tackles all kinds of projects with dedication, reliability, and hard work. They were professional and courteous in their communication, and did everything possible to make sure that I was fully satisfied and got the best price for my roofing needs.
I contacted Shield Roofing after the insurance denied my claim to replace my roof. From day one, Jacob showed up right on time and made a very good impression on how he would help me with the claim process. He took photos of my damaged roof, gutter and fence and sent the estimate to the insurance. Due to the detailed report the insurance had no choice but to approve my claim. Through out the whole process, he was quite courteous, pleasant to work with, and patient with many of my questions. Everyone at Shield communicated effectively through emails and texts and were always being truthful with what they promised. What an awesome job Jacob. Thank you so much! I'm very happy with the new roof, gutters, and stained fence. I'd definitely recommend Shield Roofing and their team to anyone that’s seeking to hire a roofing contractor.
