We bought an older home and the seller installed Tankless Water Heaters, I have no experience with them and they (2) were not sending hot water. Just my luck. I called Simple service during the Freeze 12/23/22 and of course all plumbers were swamped with frozen and burst pipes. Tristan was able to squeeze me in, He diagnosed and fixed my Tankless Water Heaters and took the time to walk me though and educate me on them. I was selling my house and the buyer wanted $4k off asking to repair the sewage line. I called Simple Service and spoke directly to Tristan. He was able to give me a price range/average cost for the repair over the phone, something that no one else I called could do. All the the other companies I called I talked to a receptionist and they could not give me a range prior to doing an inspection.
