I was selling my house and the buyer wanted $4k off asking to repair the sewage line. I called Simple Service and spoke directly to Tristan. He was able to give me a price range/average cost for the repair over the phone, something that no one else I called could do. All the the other companies I called I talked to a receptionist and they could not give me a range prior to doing an inspection. I had the water supply valve to a toilet replaced (preventive maintenance) before it leaked. The one the builder used was a cheap one. I discussed what I wanted done with the plumber and we agreed on a price. He had to go to three different places to get a good valve as both big box stores only had the “push-on” type in stock. He was thorough, neat, professional, personable and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend and use this service provider again in a heartbeat.
