I've been using Tri-City for 10+ years now. Chris and his team have always been punctual and reliable. Company seems to have their team trained well and are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them for heating/ ac unit repair and maintenance. Service: A/C system maintenance

The new circuit board that was installed last week did not solve my AC issue. Devon and his assistant Damien arrived yesterday to install a kick starter and so far everything is working fine. Mr Garcia called me this morning to follow up and I thanked him for checking up on the AC. Tri City is doing their best to fix my Goodman AC and I appreciate their efforts and concern. UPDATE (18 months later): Owner Chris and GM Gabriel came out to perform annual maintenance on my AC and furnace. They were extremely courteous and easy to work with and did an outstanding job on the maintenance, identifying a couple of minor issues from the original installation that I would never have known about. They offered to fix them with no hassle or additional charge. I'm highly impressed with their honesty and willingness to stand by their work. They are an amazing small business to work with. Highly recommended! Gabriel and his team are absolute professionals, especially Matthew. They were a pleasure to work with during the negotiations for our new AC system and were very professional and courteous during the install process. The system has been working great now for 6 months and they have been responsive (willing and prompt) to answer any questions and to resolve any issues I have had since the install, which speaks volumes about how much pride they have in their wo
