They are 3-3 with us. Communication from the time you call and get scheduled to the time they drive away is 100% on point. Their folks show up on time and are in communication prior to leaving to try and have necessary supplies loaded. They explain what they are going to do and get a quote to you prior to starting any service. Showing up is half the battle on Galveston island. This battle has become a non-issue since I started using them. So far 1 emergency, 1 urgent and 1 get to us when you can. All handled great. Very responsive, customer service is top notch We had a cracked thread on my main line to the house Mr. Ronnie (owner) and his technician Mr. Axleson came out less than 20mins after calling and fixed it in a matter of no time. We had been having issues with our AC and were told it may be electrical. We contacted On the Way out of recommendation from the town page and I have no regrets! The lady that answered was courteous and helped me schedule an appointment. And a few days later Josh called to let me know he was on the way and what I should expect of his visit. He was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain his findings and the solution. He mentioned that if he did not have the part we needed, he would return later that afternoon to fix it. Thankfully he had it and went to work right away. It looks like that resolved our issue because it has been a week and we have not had any problems. I am huge on customer service, and Josh went above and beyond. For any future issues, I will be using them again for sure! Highly recommend!
