Able Plumbing

Tried to get warranty service to address a broken pipe. Warranty company assigned Able Plumbing to do the work. Had no water and had an emergency order through them. 72 hours later, no change, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Warranty company couldn't reach them and their other methods were also unsuccessful to get them to do the work. Fortunately, my son's friend's father knew how to fix pipes and it was fixed in 30 minutes, which included the trip to get the right fitting. Not a fan of how long the wait was to get them to provide service.

I manage an apartment complex and I've been using Able Plumbing at my property for 2 weeks now. So far they have exceeded my expectations! I have a lot of galvanized piping that needs to be replaced, and leaks that happen without warning. When I contact the office or the project manager, Joseph Linkey, they send out a plumber almost immediately. They give me a fair estimate, and then schedule the work normally within 24 hours. Today, I called them for an emergency, within 20 minutes the plumbers were here, and within an hour the emergency was fixed! Thank you Able Plumbing, you have gained a life long customer!

We’ve used Able before for a clogged drain on Christmas (2019) due to our 2yr old at the time putting a plastic down the toilet, still not sure how it made it into the line as it was from his ball pit, haha, they were there the same day and removed it! Just last week we had a leak on our main line running into the house. The plumber came straight from another call during his lunch break and removed the damaged pipe and installed a new one.
