Payton Abernathy stopped by our house after a tornado and hail storm in Cypress. He found some roof damage and helped me contact my home insurance to file a claim. He came out when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof damage and the adjuster found enough damage to justify replacing the roof. As a recent first time home buyer, Payton helped throughout the whole claim process. I was a bit nervous, as this was the first claim I've had to do on the house and its not a small claim. Payton answered all of the questions I had whether it was in person, on the phone, or a text message. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. When the roof was installed, the crew was on time, quick and cleaned up really thoroughly. I only found a few nails which is surprising. Payton had to schedule someone out to paint the metal flashings and double check the work since it rained right after they completed the roof.
