Worst service from a plumber I have ever experienced. Always shows up late to the job and leaves the work site messy. I recently used him to unclog the mainline. He claimed there was 30 day warranty. 2 days later everything was clogged again. I called him up and said he would be there but never showed. After requesting my money back for the lack of service he denied. DO NOT USE HIM. Would not recommend.

Our water heater starting leaking and it was not discovered until midnight on a Saturday night. I requested a service call at 12:15 and Ray responded at 12:30 am with a time he could come look at it. He was personable, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Had the plumbing under my kitchen sink replaced to fix a leak on 11/15/20... Noticed it was still leaking a couple of weeks later and contacted him about it on 12/1/20... His only reply was "Did I do that job?"... Contacted him again on 12/10/20 and he asked for my address and never showed up. Also said he would text me a copy of my receipt because he was out of them and had to go buy more and never did. Pictures are of the water that has collected under the sink since he fixed it as well as the texts between us.
