Ray is a very skilled plumber and his work is high quality. We called Ray to identify and fix a gas leak in the kitchen and he did a wonderful job. He was on time, he explained everything, a very honest gentleman. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and the price.

Worst service from a plumber I have ever experienced. Always shows up late to the job and leaves the work site messy. I recently used him to unclog the mainline. He claimed there was 30 day warranty. 2 days later everything was clogged again. I called him up and said he would be there but never showed. After requesting my money back for the lack of service he denied. DO NOT USE HIM. Would not recommend.

Ray has assisted me on a few occasions with plumbing issues at some of my rental properties. Each time he has gone above and beyond what was negotiated. As for some of the comments I read in regard to his timeliness, if you have any experience with home repair, you should know that unforeseen issues tend to come up. As is such in his line of work when he sets appointments. I think he and I have set realistic expectations about when projects need to get done and at what urgency level which is why I am completely satisfied with his performance. The only reason I would not utilize his services is if he told me he cannot help me out. I encourage you to support local small business owners such as him.
