Our system was leaking and not cooling well and I really appreciate ACTexas’s quick response and great quality of work to troubleshoot our HVAC system issues and save us from this heat! The technician Jeremy was very polite and professional, making sure to find and properly fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. It was an overall great experience from making the service Appt to getting our AC running properly. We will certainly be using ACTexas for any future HVAC needs! Extremely responsive. Love that I logged a ticket after hours and Charlotte calls me first thing in the morning with a tech that is in our area. AC was fixed within 2 hours!
Johnny and his team were INCREDIBLE. After being told by another company it would take over a month for parts and repairs to be completed, A/C Texas had it done the very next day. They were so kind, accommodating, and QUICK. We are so grateful for the A/C Texas Team and HIGHLY recommend them!
