I had a major plumbing issue that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I called them. The plumber arrived promptly and was able to identify the problem quickly. He was courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me. I would like to give my two cents on Austex Plumbing. I am a supervisor of a large apartment community and they are my absolute go-to vendor for all my plumbing and commercial HVAC needs. The crew is amazing with communication and responsiveness, clear cut to point quotes. I would recommend them to anyone (and have). Don't believe me? Absolutely phenomenal! I was happy with the friendly phone conversation and quick response. They had someone at the house the next morning. But when the plumbers arrived I was sold 100%! Fred and his crew were fantastic! Very professional and personable. They made the whole experience enjoyable.
