From the initial appointment to the actual service call, the customer service was excellent. We were concerned about a drip noise, required an inspection of the dishwasher outflow, and had two faucets replaced. The plumbers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. I particularly liked the text reminders, the picture of the technician they send ahead of time, and the way they do their estimates. Crawford Plumbing Service will undoubtedly be used again in the future!
Was called out to repair tub faucet and did not show on a wed. I should have known to just go somewhere else. I called and he said was on the way, so i left work. He called an hour later and said he wasnt coming, he would come the next day. He showed up and installed the wrong cartridge. So it hummed. It took OVER A WHOLE WEEK FOR HIM TO COME BACK OUT> Just for it to leak now. And now he wants to cut a hole in the wall...how about he wants to waste my time and money....I hope you don't get Randall, he is a scam! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Service: Faucet repair
I had my control valve on hot water heater replaced and my kitchen sink unclogged. Jason came on time, very professional, fixed everything without a problem. I would recommend this company because they do excellent work and their prices are reasonable.
