I have them do a plumbing inspection on the house I'm buying. The inspection report stated to call if you have any further questions. I called five times, I was polite each time asking for the technician to return my call. On the fifth time I called I requested to speak to a manager, and the guy who answered the phone refused. It was pretty ugly about it too.
From the initial appointment to the actual service call, the customer service was excellent. We were concerned about a drip noise, required an inspection of the dishwasher outflow, and had two faucets replaced. The plumbers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. I particularly liked the text reminders, the picture of the technician they send ahead of time, and the way they do their estimates. Crawford Plumbing Service will undoubtedly be used again in the future!
We called Crawford Plumbing Service and set up an appointment with them for the next day - this is after calling other companies who were booked too far out. The plumber arrived within the window set. We found him to be very knowledgeable, intelligent, thoughtful and courteous. He listened to us and offered a practical solution as to the repair. Cost was given and agreed upon, and very fair. He did great work and showed us the work done and explained what he did. We will call them again..
