I contracted Dempsey Family Electric of Texas to replace a faulted underground lateral from the Centerpoint pedestal to my house. They offered a competitive bid for the project, and at all points they kept me informed, were on time, and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Notably, they were immediately responsive even several weeks later, when I had a minor issue with Centerpoint and my neighbor's property which needed their involvement.
