After a recent tornado in Deer Park, I was bombarded with roofers. Tom’s sister Kelly came by and causally offered me the card of her brother’s company and only had the best things to say. Although they were not a “local” company, I really liked her and made an appointment to meet Tom and get an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all of our questions. He gave me an install date and delivered exactly what he said he would. The installation guys showed up early and finished my two story house in one day. They cleaned up immaculately. He also had new gutters installed a few days later and they look great. I never thought I would be excited for a new roof and gutters, but it changed the look of our house. I love it! Tom came out to take a look at the roof on our house we're preparing to put in the market. He explained that there is some damage but it wasn't worth it to spend the money to replace it right now. He gave me some excellent tips on moving forward with our new home also, with regard to coverage. He spent time listening and never acted like he needed to leave. In fact, his demeanor was like an old friend who wanted to pass along valuable information. I call him "one of the good guys". He's the type of guy you could do business with on a handshake.

Tom and his sister came to my home after a recent hail storm. They were the third contractor who contacted us. I gave permission for them to inspect our roof with their drone. I was surprised and pleased when Tom said our roof looked great and he would not recommend any work to be done. I respect and appreciate his professionalism and ethics in that opinion. I found him to be honest and informative. I kept his card in case I need a roof contractor in the future.
