Fantastic company. I woke up Sunday with no ac and was appalled. It's been over 100 degrees every day for weeks. I called and got their emergency tech Louis and he came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and Monday morning, called to advise me that he had checked and the part was available and under warranty. The office called me and made an appointment and then when Louis was able to come sooner, they called me every 30 minutes to update. I don't remember the names of the women in the office, but they are stars and everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

They do regular maintenance for me; they have also replaced my air conditioner, and just recently, my furnace. They are competent, efficient and prices are fair. They listen, give advice if needed, and are excellent diagnosticians. I recommend them without reservation. Aquarius replaced our AC coil in the attic with an American Standard new unit. The Installation crew did a great job with all the details involved and everything was finished on time and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. Our Technician, Luis Alvarado made sure that everything was done properly and according to the original quote given to us. There WERE NOT any hidden surprises with extra costs!
