As always Jackson Air & Heat was great. I have used them for over 6 years now. Every time I call the office to schedule an appointment or just ask a question, they are wonderful and helpful. The technicians that come are always respectful to you and your home. They communicate well with you and make sure you understand what they did and any necessary steps you would need. Connie is always top notch. Always quick to answer or return phone calls! Alex arrived and got right to work assessing the situation and determining what the problem was. He was able to fix my broken fan motor in no time and I’ve got cool air blowing once again. Alex was polite, approachable and professional.
