Overall experience was great and excellent,they were professional and answer all my questions. I would definitely refer them to family and friends. David was on time, extremely professional, and diagnosed the issue (water coming out of secondary condensate line) quickly. I'm very impressed with Jackson Air's level of service and very reasonable costs. I'll definitely be calling them next time I need a repair!
We've used Jackson Air for years now, and they always do excellent work... They're fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and - most importantly - they always fix the problem. David was right as usual - the problem was indeed my thermostat and not the compressor - and the problem was solved in no time.
