We had a tech from the big "7" company that installed our system come out to look at our unit. They had the original service contract and installed the last system we had replaced. Low and behold, they quoted us a price for a repair using a part they said they couldn't get, plus 2 quotes for a new furnance. True reached out when I did a search for more bids, sent Nathan out in 2 hours and he figured out the problem, found the parts, & fixed the unit for 1/3 the price of a new furnance.
