I have to start by saying, AV Electric has provided the best customer service in the 2.5 years that we have lived in Texas, so far! I would recommend them to everyone that I know. They were prompt and punctual and made it to my house the same day. They figured out what the problem was very quickly, answered all of my questions, and didn't charge me for things that I didn't need. This type of care was so important to me because I know nothing about electrical, but they were so kind and knowledgeable. They helped me figure out that my microwave needed to be replaced, and then they came back the next day to install my new microwave. They recognized that the first install wasn't done correctly and could impact the safety of the install, so they took the time to correct the mistake of the previous install. Arnie with AV Electric absolutely saved the day. The day before Easter we had 2 rooms without power. They were able to work me in on a holiday weekend at that. Very professional and quick to find the issue. Not only did they find it, but they worked quickly to resolve it getting me up and running again without costing me a fortune. I'm so glad I called because we found out it could have led to a fire at anytime. Very reasonably priced and great work. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Excellent job! Arnie is very friendly, polite, and respectful. Very knowledgeable. I told him of what the issue is and he knew right away the source of the problem. He also went above and beyond to replace light bulbs in the kitchen and also replaced the smoke alarm batteries upon my request. He even apologized for being late when he was not. He set the time range and he came within the given range. The cost was very decent. He asked if I needed anything else before he and his staff left.
