Terrible experience. Do NOT trust this company. Our dishwasher was not heating and drying properly. The campbell technician said it was because we needed a new water valve and ordered the part. After the part arrived, they canceled or no-showed the appointment 3 times which meant I had to take 3 days off work because they don't give the appointment times until the morning of. I was so fed up that I asked for a full refund and then magically, they sent a technician out the following day. Even after replacing the part, the dishwasher did NOT work. We had them come back out to look at it again and they told us there was a problem with plumbing and needed another part. The estimate was another $600! We had a plumber come out and they said there were no issues with plumbing. These people do not know what they are talking about, will take advantage of you, and the customer service is terrible. I contacted Campbell to service my upstairs and donwstairs units. The upstairs was not cooling at all ( I used Campbell last year) the downstairs would not go pass 74. I was charged over $450. However a day later the upstairs was a sweltering 110 degrees and downstairs still not above 74. I called and was told someone would be out between 2 and 4. No one showed. I got a text at 7:00 pm advising tech will not show up and someone schedule ASAP. The next day again I was told someone show between 2 and 4. No one showed. I got a text,, tech on his way at 4:30pm. I had already sat in a hot house for two days . I had to call another HVAC company who charged me 1/4 of what Campbell ripped me off. I was told that Campbell did not flush out the unit for upstairs. Air is now working upstairs. Service: A/C system repair

I used to use their service often and used to be pleased with their service but the last time was very disapppinted. I had to hire another company to explain what was going on. I called several times and made me feel they were not interested on doing business with us. i hope they change so they wont lose more costumers like they did with me.
