Great service. Punctual, quick, to the point, great customer service. Thank you DT electric.
Zachary came to our home and told us 3 fans need to be fixed with balancing kit and one of them need high ladder access. Unfortunately, He put incorrect report with American home shield that only 1 fan needs repair. I am trying to get that corrected but ZERO response. Left multiple voicemails to DT Electric, tried calling American home shield, no response, really unprofessional way to put wrong report and not finish the job.
