DT Electric was contracted through my homes warranty for a simple fix. You can not get a hold of anyone, ever. I made Multiple phone calls, and left voice-mails. Only for them to be returned a few hours or a day later. My realtor was my contact for the technician because my home was for sale at the time. The technician claimed he waited 5 minutes and there was video proof that he showed up and left. Got it, miscommunication happens, but did they reschedule? Nope. I had to contact my home warranty again to set another appointment. I never received another call back. I lost $125 dollars. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
