Ellis Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

David R with Ellis air serviced both my main system and my split unit today and did a fantastic job. He took his time answered all of my questions he found a capacitor that was weak taking the time to show me the values that it should be, allowable tolerances and measured it in front of me. I will continue to use Ellis Air to service my heating and air units and specifically request David R in the future. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning

Tenant let me know at 440 pm on a Friday that the AC wasn't working. Called 4 or 5 other companies and earliest available out of all of those was Monday. Called Ellis and got the answering service a little after 5. 15 minutes later I received a call from technician Patrick who said he would be at the property in 90 minutes. Sure enough he got there on time and made a quick fix. 5 stars

Worst company ever. Rude receptionist. Haven't had our a/c working the whole month of July they forgot to order a part completely and still haven't been back to fix it. Left us 1 window unit for a 3 bedroom house with 3 adults and 2 dogs. We're not NEW construction so we're definitely not priority I get it but a full month?? Worst place ever.
