They did a great job of taking my money and installing the equipment but I never could get them to come back and service without charging me a fee
Ellis Air put 2 new HVAC systems in our home 6 and 10 months ago respectfully. Recently had a problem with the heat output and constant running of one. Called and was told someone would be out later that afternoon. Blake showed up around 4 and found and corrected two problems in short order There was no charge. System working like a champ now. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
David R with Ellis air serviced both my main system and my split unit today and did a fantastic job. He took his time answered all of my questions he found a capacitor that was weak taking the time to show me the values that it should be, allowable tolerances and measured it in front of me. I will continue to use Ellis Air to service my heating and air units and specifically request David R in the future. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning
