Rabroker Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I found this company while looking for options to replace a 27 year old AC unit . It needed to be replaced bottom line. One company wanted to charge me 10,000$ another 7,800$ and then this company knocked them out of the race HARD. Not only that, within 3 days they came and checked it out and ordered parts and before I knew it they were outside early and finished just as quick. So to Kelly and the gentlemen that came to do the job I say great job and thank you very much for your hard work. Ps I regret not knowing what else they can do otherwise I would have contracted them fix a lot more stuff. 5 stars ⭐️ is not enough !! Services: Installation, Install AC

My renters moved in yesterday and wouldn’t you know, the air wasn’t working properly. Even though it’s a weekend, we really need help so I call Rabroker. A technician comes out, charges me almost 300 dollars, and the temp continues to rise in the apartment my tenants are renting. I call again late Saturday night and get to talk to the same tech. He tells me that I’ll be charged another weekend call out fee if it’s a different problem than the one he just addressed ( I do question if the young man addressed the problem at all). So it’s 90 degrees in the apartment where my new tenants just moved in. I feel terrible and will not use Rabroker again

***UPDATE*** Needed to replace upstairs HVAC system. Called Rabroker (of course!) and they got us a new system & installed it around my schedule. Their staff is all so professional, polite AND knowledgeable! I recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services :) (Replaced main floor HVAC system) Best and most professional HVAC company I have dealt with. They are honest and do not over charge or have hidden fees. All their employees from service call to sales to installation of new unit were all very competent. Service: Install AC
