Able Roofing & Construction

After Able visited my house 3 times, they promised to contact me with the estimate, starting time, etc. I called when I didn't hear from them & they promise to call when they left Galveston & got to the mainland. Again, no call. This went on 2 or 3 more times over the next few days. Finally, Joe tells me that they're just too busy & weren't going to be able to do my project. Perhaps a name change is in order because, apparently, they're not so ABLE after all. They're not even ABLE to keep their word with those of us needing their services. If he was unABLE to do the work, why did he leave me hanging with one empty promise after another for over a week? I foolishly arranged my time to be available to discuss the job when Joe called. It turns out that my time wasn't as important as his was since leaving me hanging was an acceptable option. Congratulations to those he treated fairly and who were able to get the work done. Just understand that not everyone gets that treatment.

Able Roofing came out to look at roof and within a couple hours we received a quote on a new roof install. They recommended GAF HDZ shingles and we picked out American Harvest that looks great on our home. We went withTimber Tex ridge and Tiger Paw underpayment.
