Our repairman explained well ahead of time and showed us problems and why replacement parts were needed. He worked diligently for several hours, cleaned up afterward, and did a great job installing a new faucet.
I had to call the emergency line as my A/C went down while I was at work, and I arrived house to a 91 degree house. Colby was there w/in 30 minutes and was able to fix the issue in less than an hour. He was super nice and helped us understand what was going on, and how to manage the A/C once it got up and going again!
Santos was detail oriented and thorough. He found the source of our leak from our shower into our kitchen and gave us a complete description on the cause as well as options on how to resolve the issue. Would endorse and use again in the future. Thank you Santos!
