The technician who performs the Heating and AC service/maintenance checks every 6 months, Frank Fernandez, is excellent and very knowledgeable and experienced. He explains everything he did and found in clear layman terms and shows me the pictures he took of what he did. I would recommend Colony to any of my friends and would tell them to request Frank! All work closely to make me feel comfortable & confident in my Carrier HVAC purchase. I truly value their high ethical standards.
