Juan was excellent! He promptly responded to my request since our air conditioner stopped cooling during the Texas heat wave. Juan arrived on time from the ETA he provided. Quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. I will definitely use this company again and Juan has great customer service.

We had Jeffery and this team out today to add some Dampers and modify some duct work. They had to go up in the attic from one of the closets and they were super careful not to hit anything. In addition, they were on time, kept things clean and did a great job!!! The best part is we now have the airflow more equal between the rooms so no more cool vs warm spots. Frank was very thorough and informative about our options for replacing our old AC units. Manny and his crew were very prompt, professional and very organized and neat. They had our new units installed by 3pm . The office staff was very polite and understanding of our needs in the 100 degree temperatures, we were on the schedule two days earlier than originally planned.
