We’ve had amazing experiences with the Cold Truth. Last summer our AC went out in July. When they realized we had a newborn, they came out same day so the baby wouldn’t overheat. Recently the evaporator coil went out on our system and needed to be replaced. The team arrived on time and even waited around after the repair to ensure the AC was working properly. Love these guys. Honest work and won’t upsell you on replacing your entire system when it’s a specific component. Replaced two condensers with them and service was excellent and any follow up appointments were quick and painless. Had an issue at 5 pm on a Friday and had a tech diagnose and fix it within an hour of my call. Nick is an excellent technician

This company is amazing. Very responsive. I have used them for over 10 years for everything from repairs to new equipment to adding returns and ducts and vents. They do it all extremely well, and have never tried to "sell" me anything. I can not recommend them highly enough. Also, they are locally owned which means a lot to me.
