Terry came out to determine the problem with my AC and did an amazing job. This is the third time I called this company and they are always honest, provide amazing service, and have competitive pricing. This is my go to company for all my AC needs.
We’ve had amazing experiences with the Cold Truth. Last summer our AC went out in July. When they realized we had a newborn, they came out same day so the baby wouldn’t overheat. Recently the evaporator coil went out on our system and needed to be replaced. The team arrived on time and even waited around after the repair to ensure the AC was working properly. They have an excellent reputation in my area (Frisco, TX) and provide great service. I recently had an A/C unit replaced by the Cold Truth and their prices were competitive.
