The owner of AirNow, Charles, came out and identified a Freon leak in our system. A quote was given for the work to be performed and Ian, his son, arrived with a co-worker to do the installation of a new evaporator coil. They were professional, courteous and careful to protect our floors and property. Two weeks later, Ian returned and checked their work to ensure everything was up to their standards, and that we were nothing less than completely satisfied. Airnow was amazing and answered all my detailed questions for several days in a row. The service was top notch, informed, and the price was lower than the quote, which never happens. Also it helps that the staff are not robots cranking out a quota when you talk to them over the phone, they were personable which is a plus. I honestly don't know why you would go with someone else.
