Tom was on time. Asked me to come where my a/c was. Explained everything to me that I would understand. Very professional, even the gentlemens who answered phones were polite.
The technician that came out to fix what should have been done the first time was very rude. Based on this employee I’d never use this place again. Wish I knew his name. UPDATE: ATS installed a system in the company I work for. They had to come and fix some issues.
